Ask yourself this powerful question, and answer with radical, unfiltered honesty:

What feminine quality was (or is) the most forbidden in your family system?

Contemplate what you experienced growing up, and what may still be happening today.

This includes both the messaging that was communicated directly.

And the messaging communicated indirectly in unspoken rules, family dynamics, and what you observed and absorbed from the women around you (your mother, grandmothers, aunts, etc.).

When it comes to the feminine and what it means to be a woman:

Which qualities were allowed, safe, and even rewarded?

And which qualities were silenced, shamed, ridiculed, tightly controlled, or outright forbidden?

For example...

Perhaps you grew up in a family where a woman’s success was permitted, even encouraged.

As long as it conformed to a patriarchal model of success and reinforced the existing power structure.

Hard work, productivity, and external achievements were valued and rewarded.

But feminine qualities like pleasure, creativity, beauty, joy, and play were seen as superfluous, self-indulgent, or denied altogether.

Perhaps intellectual brilliance was the safest currency for a woman.

You learned to be knowledgeable, articulate, and quick-witted, with a sharp analytical mind.

But your emotional depth, your exquisite sensitivity, and your psychic and spiritual gifts had no legitimacy.

They were relegated to the realm of fantasy, denied any real value, or openly ridiculed.

What about the imprints you received about a woman's presence, beauty, magnetism, and radiance?

In some family systems, a woman's beauty is prized - as long as it serves the male gaze, enhances social status, or fulfills the submissive role of the pleasing forever-maiden.

In other words, as long as she remains an object of desire, a possession, a prey.

But as soon as that beauty carries the magnetic charge of a sexually sovereign woman, an enchantress who inhabits her sensual and spiritual power - it becomes a threat, a force to be tamed, controlled, subdued.

Maybe there were powerful women in your family.

Women who managed everything, held the family together, gave endlessly, and shouldered everyone’s burdens.

Their strength was indispensable - and recognized - as long as it served the family.

But if a woman dared to direct that power and capacity toward her own ambitions, her freedom, her spiritual and creative calling - she would be condemned as selfish, arrogant, or disloyal.

At risk of being outcast, punished, banished.

These ancestral codes of conduct secretly dictate a woman's place in her family system, in society, and in the world.

At a deep psycho-energetic level, they inform what's allowed in her relationship with success, money, men, power, authority, and visibility.

And by the way, this is how larger systems stay in place, collectively, until they're disrupted and rebirthed.

This is what we're here to do - and your creative destiny will summon your strength, passion, and fierce feminine power to stop at nothing less than what is meant for you.
